Case: TT001192

Patient shown 3 months after surgery

This patient had a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck after major weight loss to remove extra skin from the abdomen. This technique removes skin both up and down and side to side, helping create a flatter stomach and better body shape when a standard tummy tuck is not enough.

This surgery does leave a horizontal scar low on the abdomen and a vertical scar in the center. At 3 months after surgery, scars are still healing and will continue to fade and soften over the next 12–24 months.

For patients with significant loose skin, this procedure can greatly improve comfort, confidence, and overall body contour.
